TaskVibes - Terms of Service

1. Introduction
   TaskVibes app (referred to as "the Service") provides a platform for users to manage and organize schedules. By using the TaskVibes service, users acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
   By using the TaskVibes service, users confirm their agreement to this Terms of Service and all of its provisions. If a user does not agree to any provision of these terms, they should not use the TaskVibes service.
3. Use of the Service
   TaskVibes can be used for personal and work purposes.
   Users must follow the law while using the service, and they are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
   Users are responsible for keeping their account information (e.g., password) secure. TaskVibes is not liable for any issues caused by unauthorized access to a user’s account.
4. Privacy Policy

5. Limitation of Liability
   TaskVibes shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including interruptions, data loss, or errors.
6. Indemnification
   Users agree to indemnify and hold TaskVibes harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the user's violation of these terms or use of the Service.
7. Changes and Interruptions to the Service
   TaskVibes reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service without prior notice. While TaskVibes strives to provide continuous availability, the Service may be subject to interruptions, and TaskVibes is not responsible for any such interruptions.
8. Third-party Services
   TaskVibes uses Google and Apple accounts for login, logout, and sign-up functionality. TaskVibes is not responsible for the performance or availability of these third-party services and only uses Google and Apple accounts for authentication purposes.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   Any disputes relating to this agreement and the use of TaskVibes service shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
10. Dispute Resolution
    In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation with TaskVibes. If negotiation fails, legal disputes will be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
11. Location Information and Geofence
    The TaskVibes app uses the geofence feature to provide users with customized services based on their location. The geofence feature allows the app to perform specific actions when the user enters or exits a predefined area. To use the geofence feature, the app needs to access the user’s location information. However, location information is processed locally on the user's device and is not stored or tracked by TaskVibes.
    The user can revoke the permission at any time in the device settings. The app will collect, use, provide, retain, and destroy the user’s location information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The user can review the Privacy Policy for more details on how the app handles the user’s location information. By using the geofence feature, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of this section.
12. User Rights
    Users may discontinue the use of the TaskVibes service at any time by deleting their account, and TaskVibes will immediately delete all user data upon account deletion.
13. Changes to the Terms of Service
    TaskVibes may modify this Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms will be effective immediately.
